Why use essential oils

Introduced to them by a friend, I was looking for natural healthcare solutions for my daughter, rather than automatically turning to over the counter medication every time she got a cold (which was a lot, thanks to daycare!). This is still the main reason I use essential oils – I’ve seen first-hand that they work. However there are a lot of reasons and ways to use essential oils.
